About the Role
We are looking for an Employee Relations Administrator to join our dynamic team in Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about supporting HR and Employee Relations functions.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth administration of employee relations processes, supporting the wider HR team, and maintaining high standards of compliance and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, and absence management.
- Assist with the preparation of letters, documentation, and meeting notes related to employee relations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support the coordination of meetings, hearings, and investigations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries, escalating as necessary to the HR team.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify process improvements and support wider HR initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within employee relations or a similar environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
