Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct investigations related to employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, working closely with line managers.
  • Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics to line managers to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices, ensuring that company policies reflect current laws.

Successful Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar employee relations role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and its application in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Effective organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
