IT Helpdesk Engineer

Hybrid (2 days a week on site)
Net Talent are partnered with a cyber security company who are looking to hire an IT Help Desk Engineer to join the organisation on a permanent basis. You will be helping troubleshoot technical support issues via phone, email and ticketing systems for internal staff as well as engaging with 3rd parties.
Skills needed:
- Experience working in a IT helpdesk role
- Experience working with Windows end user and IOS mobile devices
- Familiar with Microsoft 365, MS Teams, Intune, Sharepoint and Entra ID
- Knowledge of windows app deployment and device management
- Familiar with PowerShell
- Experience working on helpdesk platforms (Jira would be a bonus)
