Job Title: People Partner
Location: Glasgow, Hybrid
Salary:     Up to £50k plus bonus and benefits

About the Role:

We have an incredible opportunity for a People Partner to join a rapidly growing, highly successful technology company with a global presence. As the company continues to expand after 10 years of success, we are seeking a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships and trust, taking ownership of the employee lifecycle, and managing multiple priorities effectively.

Experience in the tech sector, particularly within SaaS environments, and a background in change management and transformation will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and employees to effectively influence and implement change.
  • Develop and oversee performance management strategies to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Strategically focus on employee retention and attraction, implementing initiatives to retain top talent and attract new recruits.
  • Monitor and report on key people data monthly to support and influence business decisions.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, driving process improvements through automation and simplification, including benefits management.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues, working towards effective solutions.
  • Continually enhance the use of the HR Information System (Bamboo) as the single source of truth.
  • Manage HR compliance, including ISO and SoC2 audits.

Preferred Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in administering benefits and pensions.
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a technology/SaaS organization.
  • Experience handling HR matters for multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law; knowledge of US laws is a plus but not required.
  • Baseline understanding of ISO audit processes and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables based on business strategy and operational needs.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
