We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Developer to join what is a dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Web Developer, you will collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement web-based marketing strategies that promote the company's services. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and manage websites, landing pages, and online campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives.
You will also be responsible for liaising with the wider Development team to ensure alignment and collaboration on business projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team members to understand campaign objectives and design online strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain websites and landing pages that enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Analyse website performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage web content and ensure consistency with the company's brand and marketing messages.
Experience:
- Solid experience of HTML, CSS
- Fully conversant with PHP & MySQL
- Knowledge of WordPress framework
- Working experience of Javascript & jQuery framework
- Understanding of Modern Web Standards, Accessibility
- Proven experience of using API requests and handling responses
(Desirable):
- Experience of using Salesforce systems
- Good understanding of Google Analytics/Ads tracking
- Good experience of Version Control (using GIT command line or SourceTree)
