Launch of our new brand - Partnerships with People
Having gone through a period of significant growth, Net Talent has evolved and developed rapidly. It's an exciting time for us all - and our new brand encapsulates our passion and commitment to our people, our clients and our candidates.
Changing our branding was exciting but daunting, however working with the team at Calgary, we have a brand a website that truly represents our business and who we are.
We started by carrying out extensive user research. Calgary started off this research by speaking to our team, then our clients and candidates to ensure they got a real sense of what Net Talent is all about. Throughout the process, Calgary met lots of people and heard hundreds of answers. By meeting so many users, they had the chance to get an in depth understanding of our brand, getting insights into our beliefs, our values and what we really think. They listened, collated all the information and identified key themes that came up again and again. These are our people pillars:
