Home working has changed...

CIPD published an interesting article after conducting a survey relating to attitudes and expectations about home working. The survey finds employers expect pandemic to lead to a long-term shift in how people work, highlighting need for right to request flexible working to become a day one right. After-all we have all learned in recent months it is important that we take forward the positive lessons of giving people more choice about where and how they work.
