Lisa Thomson is our non-exec Board Advisor. An experienced HR professional with a background in high growth technology firms, she is former CEO of Purpose HR (now AAB People) which she founded in 2014 and sold to the AAB Group in 2021. Lisa also sits on Boards of Entrepreneurial Scotland and Prosper and is a mentor with Codebase and the Techscaler programme. Outside of work a proud mum of 3 and enjoys long walks with her lovely cocker spaniel.
